The circle of life fascinates me, and it often appears in my work. Everyday moments can become starting points, like walking my dogs in the woods and discovering tiny animal skeletons. Or sprouting nature that soon will emerge into an explosion of shapes.
To me, most things contain layers of meaning, purpose, and overlooked detail. Through the creative process, these fascinations become images that blur the line between reality and imagination.
My work is often highly detailed, using elements from nature as metaphors while combining observation, symbolism, and introspection.
I aim to tell visual stories that reach beyond the immediate image, taking shape as contemporary surrealism.

2024 Strängnäs Konstgalleri, Strängnäs, Sweden
Participated in a juried exhibition at Strängnäs Konstgalleri and Skövde Municipality purchased this painting to be part of their collection.
2023 Lilevalchs Konsthall, Stockholm, Sweden
The Spring Salon (Vårsalongen) is Sweden's oldest and most popular art salon, where nearly 4,000 people usually apply each year. I was very proud to be accepted and sold my work.

Galleri Backlund always has a great selection of artists, so when I participated in their Spring Salon the first time it was a great ego- boost and I sold one of two drawings.
2019 Landskrona Konsthall, Landskrona, Sweden
BLACK ON WHITE is a jury-judged drawing triennial, first arranged in 1971 in Landskrona. For me who draws, I could not be happier to participate and also sell one of the drawings.

My first time exhibiting at the Federation of Canadian Artists, I was happy to recive the 1st price in the Annual International Mail in Art.
